LLC is seeking a Support and Project Manager.
The Support and Project Manager
is responsible for daily deployments and scheduling of all deployments
in cooperation with various key points of contact within the organization
and with sales, operations, customers and CRTV sales representatives. Maintains
a daily knowledge of, and status on all systems and operational needs in
cooperation with the NOC Manager. Ensures all aspects of the IT infrastructure
are being well maintained and communicated within the IT hierarchy.
Specific duties of the Project
and Support Manager are:

Develop schedules for Server
system deployments in cooperation with SBT Traffic, Sales, and NOC teams. |
| o |
Establish contact and discussion
with Station technical contacts. |
| o |
Establish needs documentation
for station deployment and provide this for management review prior to
acceptance. |
| o |
Work closely with NOC Manager
for specific details and specific setup requirements for day to day operational
factors. |
| o |
Organize and meet with the
NOC Manager, IT support and SBT Director on needs assessment and deployment
plans. |
| o |
Coordinate with the Operations
staff in Cannella's Burlington office to ensure deadlines are met and communications
are improved. Learn Burlington's work flow as it relates to SBT operations
and make recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce/eliminate errors
and bottlenecks. |

Provide an organized and
structured documentation flow for station provided documents and internal
documentation. |
| o |
Assist IT in deployment
details, scheduling, and documentation of Backup and recovery systems in
cooperation with CTI and other directed IT support services. |
| o |
Provide assistance to new
system development and working closely with Vendors to establish software
and systems enhancements and deployment planning along with testing and
issue reporting with follow-up and research. |

Ensure daily operations
are functioning smoothly and issues being addressed in a timely manner. |
| o |
Ensure daily tasks are being
completed as expected. |
| o |
Ensure Nielsen marking systems
process, Sling Viewing process, SBT Logging tools, FTP storage capacities
and organization of content storage, and other monitoring processes are
being checked regularly and are functioning for all users. |
